A thriving reef demands stabilityand that starts with balanced calcium and alkalinity. Fritz RPM Part 1 is a high-purity alkalinity buffer designed to work in harmony with Part 2 (Calcium) to maintain proper ionic ratios and fuel healthy coral growth without introducing unwanted metals or contaminants. Formulated with pharmaceutical-grade sodium carbonate and bicarbonate, this solution delivers clean, consistent results and dissolves easily in high-flow areas like sumps or return chambers. Use it as part of your daily dosing schedule or for quick adjustmentsideal for systems with moderate to high calcification rates. Key Features: Delivers high-purity carbonate alkalinity Supports coral skeleton formation and overall reef stability Completely reef-safeno harmful metals or contaminants Pairs perfectly with Fritz RPM Part 2 (Calcium) Safe for all reef inhabitants including inverts Compatible with all dosing systems Guaranteed Analysis: Alkalinity (min): 8,000 dKH Ingredients: Deionized Water, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate Dosing Guidelines: Adjustment Dose: Each mL will raise alkalinity by 2.1 dKH per 1 gallon (3.78 L). One teaspoon (5 mL) raises alkalinity by 1.06 dKH per 10 gallons. Do not exceed 5 mL per 10 gallons per day. Avoid sudden pH swings (+/- 0.2). Routine Dosing: Shake well. Start with 5 mL of Part 1 and Part 2 per 20 gallons daily. Test alkalinity regularly and adjust your dose based on coral demand. Target a range of 811 dKH.
