The Seapora Storm by JNS is a powerful and affordable protein skimmer that comes in both in-sump and hang-on-back models. It removes dissolved organic waste from your aquarium to promote a cleaner and healthier environment for its inhabitants. The Storm is powered by an energy-efficient Sicce pump with needle-wheel impeller, and features an innovative conical shape. The pump is paired with a controllable air aspirating venturi to generate a robust bubble column, and the unit\’s tapered body maximizes foam concentration for increased efficiency. The high performance Seapora Storm is equipped with the revolutionary Twister bubble chamber designed to maximize waste removal. The design gives the bubbles an additional spin and swirls them further in a vortex. This greatly increases the contact time of the air bubbles in the water column and reduces turbulence within the skimmer, helping to establish a stable laminar flow. A convenient quick-adjust gate valve enables fine-tuning of the skimmer\’s water level and foam production, and an integrated silencer ensures whisper-quiet operation. The user-friendly Seapora Storm Protein Skimmer is easy to install and operate. Designed to withstand the test of time, this dependable workhorse is made from high quality acrylic and PVC components. The Seapora Storm In-Sump Protein Skimmer by JNS delivers class-leading performance at an affordable price. Its cutting-edge design and rock solid construction make it an obvious choice for discriminating marine and reef enthusiasts.
